Our Story

Some places change you. Israel is one of them. We are a family of Christians and Jews, who have made our home here, and if you have ever visited, you already know that this place is unlike anywhere else on earth.

It has a way of getting under your skin in the best possible sense. The history is everywhere. The traditions run deep. The stories you grew up reading in Scripture suddenly have an address, a landscape, a texture.

For our family, building a life here has meant being shaped by all of that — by a culture rich in faith, heritage, and craftsmanship. And somewhere along the way, that life sparked a question: what if we could bring a piece of this place to people who love it but may never get to live it? That question became Moriah Cross Works. From initial concept and design through every stage of production, we personally oversee the process to bring you heirloom-quality pieces we're proud to stand behind. Every great journey begins with a single step — and for Moriah Cross Works, it began with the Word of God.


We're giving you an early look at our first piece: a design-from-concept, silver-plated Bible reading pointer, born from a tradition stretching back nearly two thousand years. The Moriah Cross Works Bible Reader honors that heritage in fine 999 silver plate, with ornate filigree and a sculpted pointing hand. Designed for daily devotion and built to pass from one generation to the next.

Our next piece: a design-from-concept Doorpost Scripture Holder, rooted in one of the oldest commands in Scripture. A visible sign that a household belongs to the Lord, and that all who enter and depart do so under His blessing.

This artist's rendering shows our vision for the finished piece. The Moriah Cross Works Doorpost Scripture Holder is being engineered in 316L marine-grade stainless steel, chosen specifically to withstand all weather conditions — sun, rain, and every season — so this heirloom can remain at your door for generations without wear or tarnish. Conceptualized, designed, and hand-finished in the Holy Land, and carrying the same heirloom-quality craftsmanship as our Bible Reader.

Every Doorpost Scripture Holder will come complete with a printed scroll of Deuteronomy 6:4-9 — the very passage that first commanded this practice — along with a blessing for the home and all who live there, and every visitor who crosses the threshold.
